Your responsibilities
will cover a wide range of tasks, including (but not limited to):
- Developing multi-modal foundation models to integrate text, speech, and vision.
- Conducting research in multi-lingual text and speech processing.
- Exploring techniques for factual retrieval-augmented generation.
- Incorporating human feedback through Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) techniques.
- Examining the ethics dimension of AI in real-world use cases.
Skills and qualifications
- A relevant doctoral level degree in NLP, machine learning or a related area.
- Excellent demonstrable communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management, organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively and positively, both independently and as part of a team
