UNS Team at the SPECOM 2024 and TELFOR 2024 Conferences

The Faculty of Technical Sciences at the University of Novi Sad (UNS), a partner in the ELOQUENCE project, presented key developments at two prominent international conferences: SPECOM 2024 and TELFOR 2024.

The 26th International Conference on Speech and Computer (SPECOM 2024), held in Belgrade on 25 to the 28th of November, was organized by the AI-SPEAK project, funded by the Science Fund of Serbia. The event brought together experts and researchers from over 15 countries, providing a platform for discussions on the latest advancements in speech technologies. Members of the AI-SPEAK team actively participated in organizing the conference with opportunity for master’s students to attend and engage with the international community.

The UNS team also participated in TELFOR 2024 on the 26th and the 27th of November, another conference focused on telecommunications and electronics, where the ELOQUENCE project was showcased alongside other innovative technologies. TELFOR 2024 provided a valuable opportunity for further collaboration and knowledge exchange with professionals from the telecommunications and information technology sectors.

These events allowed us to present collaborative efforts that are creating the ELOQUENCE project as it is currently and to raise awareness with industry experts, researchers, and practitioners, all contributing to the future of AI-driven speech technologies.
