The ELOQUENCE Workshops

November 6, 2024

On Wednesday, November 6th, 2024, the Science and Technology Park of the Faculty of Technical Sciences will host the “ELOQUENCE Workshop”, as part of the ELOQUENCE project’s plenary meeting. The workshop will feature presentations from notable partners in the AI and language technology space, focusing particularly on the following speakers:

  1. Slobodan Marković, Digital Advisor at UNDP – “Language Technologies for the Serbian Language”,
  2. Darko Pekar, CEO at AlfaNum – “Speech Technology for Serbian and Kindred South Slavic Languages”,
  3. Luka Nedimović, Machine Learning Engineer at Smartocto – “Federated BERT and Serbian: 99% Embedding Similarity Challenges”.

The workshop will also include technical sessions and ELOQUENCE pilot project presentations, addressing areas such as natural language understanding, bias detection, and AI-assisted support in call centres.
