Guest Lecture on the EU AI Act by Helga Molbæk-Steensig

On April 16, Helga Molbæk-Steensig, a researcher from the European University Institute’s Department of Law, will give an in-person guest lecture titled ‘The EU AI Act’ at the University of Messina. She will also share insights from her work with the ELOQUENCE project during the lecture.

Additionally, Helga is involved in developing the Tech Litigation Database, a project initiated by AFAR that focuses on ‘fairness’ in migration and asylum governance in Europe. This online resource, which concentrates on case law regarding automated decision-making from the European Court of Human Rights, is expected to be available by the end of April.
