The AI Tech Summit 2026 marked its fifth edition, this time held at the Sava Centar in Belgrade, following previous editions in Skopje and Málaga. Over two intensive days on September 3 and 4, the event convened professionals from the technology sector, startups, enterprises, investors, innovation leaders, and public institutions eager to explore and harness AI’s transformative potential across diverse business and industrial landscapes.
The summit focused on key areas including generative AI, AI adoption in business environments, advanced automation, AI governance and responsible use, intelligent agent systems, the technological infrastructure required to scale AI solutions, and their applications across industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, energy, and digital services.
More than 1,000 experts, industry representatives, tech leaders, and decision-makers from Southeast Europe and beyond gathered to learn from over 50 speakers about AI advancements, its business applications, industrial AI, digital transformation, and the shifts new technologies bring to companies and their workforce.
Attendees had the opportunity to engage with leading experts and executives from companies such as NVIDIA, OpenAI, Microsoft, Intel, Siemens Advanta, and Lloyds Banking Group.
The summit’s program emphasized the practical application of AI solutions, and the challenges companies face when integrating new technologies. The focus was on transitioning from isolated AI tools to broader business transformation, the development of AI agents, industrial automation, system security, and the impact of AI on workplace organization.
A key component of the program was dedicated to fostering connections among tech experts, investors, executives, and companies seeking to integrate AI solutions into their daily operations. Alongside keynotes and panel discussions, the event featured an exhibition space, business matchmaking sessions, and accompanying networking events.
Meetups, feedback, and highlights
ELOQUENCE presented its results and four Pilots at the AI Tech Summit 2026 at a well-attended, engaged booth.
During the event, the project organised and hosted three meetups with delegates, including representatives of the “ICT Cortex” Cluster based in Podgorica, Montenegro, and representatives of IT Park Uzbekistan.
These discussions focused on exploring cooperation opportunities, exchanging expertise on advancing AI, and identifying synergies to foster joint initiatives. The meetups reaffirmed the key role of international partnerships in shaping the future of sophisticated technologies and reinforced ELOQUENCE’s commitment to exploitation activities. The Summit served as a dynamic platform to connect with industry stakeholders.
ICT Cortex serves as a collaborative platform uniting 44 member companies, employing a workforce of over 1,200 professionals – representing half of Montenegro’s IT industry. Meanwhile, IT Park Uzbekistan stands as the leading technology hub in Central Asia, officially established in 2019 in Tashkent as a state technology and innovation center.
By participating in this event, ELOQUENCE not only highlighted its solutions, but also strengthened its network within the international technology community. Meetups with ICT Cortex and the IT Park Uzbekistan opened the door to potential joint projects and knowledge-sharing initiatives that could drive forward progress in the field. These interactions helped strengthen ELOQUENCE’s mission to bridge technology gaps and promote sustainable innovation through strategic partnerships.
